Paul does regular weekly classes at Planet and is well respected, highly experienced and popular Yin Yoga teacher. He has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and using yoga as a therapeutic tool is one of his great passions.
YIN YOGA is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.
The deeply relaxing & “stretching” poses open and energize the “meridians,” or energy pathways of the body, restoring youthful joint mobility, and activate & gather your chi, your prana—your life force
Yin is a calming, restorative practice that literally helps you to recharge your batteries and restore balance and harmony in your body and mind.
This is a 3 hour workshop. We advise you to bring water and a towel. Yoga mats are provided in the studio.
The workshop is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced student.
