Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.
The deeply relaxing & “stretching” poses open and energize the “meridians,” or energy pathways of the body, restoring youthful joint mobility, and activate & gather your chi, your prana—your life force
Yin is a calming, restorative practice that literally helps you to recharge your batteries and restore balance and harmony in your body and mind.
