As we find ourselves transitioning into Autumn we can feel the change in the air and maybe in our energy.
Autumn is a time to slow down, to rest more and to let go of things that have naturally come to an end or that no longer serve us physically, energetically and emotionally.
Join me on this restful afternoon into ‘being’ were we practice finding stillness and peace in ourselves to help us through this season of transition and change.
As everything changes around us we can tap into the part of ourselves that is still, stable, quiet and unshakable in the face of change.
Resting in our true being.
The ability to bring our body and mind to rest is significant
Noticing ourself in rest and quietude is significant.
Significant to our health and well being.
Restorative yoga is a profoundly gentle practice which uses an abundance of props to hold the body tenderly in each moment so that you can let go fully and completely.
